Located in western Algarve is the tiny resort of Carvoeiro with its oodles of charm and picturesque landscape. Originally, a small fishing village, the place still has much of its olden world charm and charisma till date. Cheap all inclusive holidays in Carvoeiro has so much to offer- excellent beaches, blue-green waters backed by gigantic cliffs, a lighthouse, and remains of a 17th century fortress, cobbled lanes, whitewashed houses and a lively main square.

While on holidays in Carvoeiro, you can also visit Algar Seco, the impressive landscape formed by cliff erosion. With so many attractions and so much to do, Carvoeiro has become a favourite of most travellers traveling to Algarve.

Beach:

Talking of beaches, there’s a variety of beaches, caves and hidden coves on offer on holidays all inclusive in Carvoeiro. There are two beaches, one right in the middle of town next to the main square and the other sheltered by cliffs. You’ll find plenty of beach bars, restaurants, sun loungers, parasols and water sports on the beaches. Carvoeiro is the ideal place for a honeymoon or a relaxing break or simply a beach holiday with family. The dramatic coastline with its cliffs and caves can be best seen on a boat trip along the coastline.

Spend an entire day at the beach, soak up sun, let the excitement levels rise with a handful of water sports and later on enjoy a lovely meal and a couple of drinks by the sea. What more could you ask for out of a holiday?

Nightlife:

The nightlife on all inclusive Carvoeiro are relaxed and chilled out, but they do get a whole lot livelier during the summer months when the bars stay open post-midnight. The evenings can be as low key or as lively as you want them to be. Those preferring low key can head for a delicious Portuguese meal with some wine at one of the traditional restaurants in town. If you are the type of tourist that looks for an adrenaline rush can head to one of the bars or clubs in town and shake a leg.

When to go:

Come peak season, and you’ll find the place as crowded as ever. The summer months are the liveliest with 9 to 11 hours of sunshine per day. During the months of November to March, the weather is still lovely and ideal for Carvoeiro holidays. From local markets to lively concerts, food festivals, music performances, Easter celebrations, wine shows etc.; there’s a lot to look forward to while planning a trip to Carvoeiro.
