Far from the mainland, in the Dalmatian Sea lies the very charming island of Brac. The island is the largest in Dalmatia and the third largest in Croatia. When to go:

Brac holidays can be booked anytime of the year, but the peak season there is during the summer months. The island has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot and dry summers which are long and comparatively shorter winters that are wet and cold. During the summer months the temperature reaches to a maximum of 30°C. While the winters see temperatures dropping to 10°C. Lots of festivals and cultural events take place on the island during the summers. There’s also a procession held to celebrate St. Vid. Any-time from May to late September or even October is the ideal time for a break in Brac.
