The summers here are hot and dry with temperatures reaching over 30°C during the peak months of July and August, while the average day time temperatures range from 20°C to 22°C. The tourist season runs from April to October and the place is quite full during this time. Bugibba holidays are ideal in July, when the Festa of St. Paul’s Bay takes place on the last Sunday of July. There is mass celebration with the homes being decorated, fireworks and band performance.
